Your wallet and transaction history

Wallet is the full record of every movement of money in your account. If a number anywhere in Wap2b looks wrong, this is where you find out why.

What is on the page

  • Your balance, in your account's currency.
  • When it expires — see When your balance expires.
  • The ledger — every credit and debit, newest first, filterable by action.

Reading the ledger

Each row is one movement:

ColumnMeaning
DateWhen it happened
ActionWhat caused it (see below)
DescriptionThe specifics — which message, which broadcast, which order
AmountCredit (in) or debit (out)
Balance afterWhat the balance stood at immediately afterwards

Balance after is the column that settles arguments. Because every row records the running total, you can trace the balance back to any point in time and see exactly what moved it.

The action types

ActionWhat it is
MarketingA marketing conversation you started
UtilityA utility conversation you started
AuthenticationA one-time passcode conversation
Auth (intl)An authentication conversation to an international number
IncomingA message a customer sent you, charged per message
AI repliesAn automatic reply from an AI Assistant
Failed-send feesThe small fee taken when a message fails
Expired creditsBalance forfeited at the end of its validity period
Add fundsA top-up, credited
RefundMoney returned to your balance

Filter by action to answer a specific question — "what did marketing cost me this month?" — without reading past everything else.

Cross-checking a charge

To trace one message end to end:

  1. Find the row in Wallet and read its description.
  2. Open Message logs and find the message — it carries its own cost.
  3. For a broadcast, open it from Broadcasts for the per-recipient breakdown.

The same figure should appear in all three.

The wallet versus the dashboard

The dashboard's spend breakdown is a 30-day summary by category — a shape, not an audit. The wallet is the record. When they seem to disagree, check the date range before assuming anything is wrong.

If something goes wrong

  • A charge you cannot place. Read the description; it names what caused it. Then find that message in Message logs.
  • The balance is lower than your arithmetic. Look for failed-send fees and AI replies — both are easy to forget.
  • A top-up is missing. Check Orders first. If the payment is there but the credit is not, open a ticket with the order number.
  • You expected a refund and cannot see it. Refunds appear as their own credit row. Filter the action to Refund.
