Partner API
Add WhatsApp to your product without becoming a Meta Tech Provider.
This is the whole flow, from a new customer to their first message.
Your customers never add a card to Meta.
You fund their accounts from your own balance, and Meta's WhatsApp charges come out of it.

Make it when your customer clicks Connect in your app, and open it in a popup.

On a short Wap2b page, then Meta's window. They can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number.
Your server hears that it's done.
A signed webhook tells you the number is connected and whether it can send yet.

Meta's window names us.
When a business connects its number, Meta opens its own window. It shows the name of the Meta app doing the connecting, which is ours. This is true for both, and only Meta can change it.
The Partner API's connect page is ours.
Before Meta's window, your customer sees a short Wap2b page with their own business name on it. On the White-label platform, everything before Meta's window is yours.
Your own Meta app is a separate talk.
If you already have a Meta app approved as a Tech Provider, tell us. Using it changes the setup, so we agree it case by case.
Questions partners ask
What is the difference between the White-label platform and the Partner API?
With the White-label platform, you get a complete WhatsApp platform on your own web address and in your own brand. Your customers sign up and use it, and we host and run it. With the Partner API, WhatsApp goes inside the software you already sell: your customers never use our platform, and you send for them through our API.
Do I need my own Meta app or Tech Provider approval?
No. With both, your customers connect their numbers through Wap2b's Meta app. If you already have an approved Meta app of your own, tell us and we will discuss using it.
Will my customers see the name Wap2b?
In one place with both: Meta's own window when a business connects its WhatsApp number shows the name of the Meta app, which is ours. With the Partner API, your customer also sees a short Wap2b page just before that window. Everywhere else, your customers see your name.
Do my customers need to add a card or payment method to Meta?
No. Meta's WhatsApp charges come through us and are paid from a prepaid balance, so your customers never add a card in Meta's Business Manager. On the White-label platform your customers top up with you. With the Partner API you fund their accounts from your own balance.
Can my customers keep using the WhatsApp Business app on their phone?
Yes. A business can connect the number it already uses with the WhatsApp Business app and keep using the app on its phone.
Who sets the prices my customers pay?
You do, with both. On the White-label platform your customers pay you directly. With the Partner API we never bill your customers: you fund their accounts from your own prepaid balance.
How do you charge partners?
Both are prepaid. We share the terms on the first call, once we understand your customers and how many you expect to bring. We don't publish them because they depend on which one you choose and the size of the deal.
Who supports my customers?
You support your customers, and we support you. Your customers contact you, and you contact us for anything you can't solve.
Do I need servers or developers for the White-label platform?
No. We host the platform and keep it updated. You manage customers, credit, prices and resellers from your own admin. For the Partner API you need developers, because you build the screens in your own software.
Which countries do you work in?
We work in most countries where Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform is available. Tell us where your customers are and we will confirm before you commit.
Is Instagram included?
Not today. The White-label platform and the Partner API cover WhatsApp only.
