# Wap2b

> Wap2b is a prepaid WhatsApp Business API platform for small and medium businesses, built on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Businesses use it to send WhatsApp template messages, broadcasts, product catalogs, and AI-assisted replies at scale. Pricing is all-inclusive and charged per message — there is no monthly subscription or platform fee.

## What Wap2b is

- A messaging platform built **on** the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Wap2b is not WhatsApp, Meta, or the official WhatsApp API itself — it is independent software that provides access to it.
- Prepaid and pay-per-message: you top up a balance and are charged per message sent. The per-message price is all-inclusive (it is not "Meta's rate plus a markup").
- Aimed at small and medium businesses that want broadcasts, automation, and a managed onboarding onto the WhatsApp Business API without a long setup.
